Pathetic customer handling and worst showroom near

This is my Genuine review on Unilet, Hebbagodi, Bommasandra and I have experienced the worst service from this outlet and thought to share here as it might be useful for you all.


Humble Suggestion:


NEVER EVER GO TO THIS OUTLET, POOR CUSTOMER HANDLING, AND NO RESPECT EVEN IF YOU ARE AN EXISTING CUSTOMER, WORST AND UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR.


WRONG COMMITMENTS / LIES BY SENIOR STAFFS TO GET BUSINESS AND NO ETHICS. BLAMES TO CUSTOMER AND BRANDS LIKE LG AND SAMSUNG.


PLEASE VISIT NEARBY SHOPS LIKE ADISHWAR, PAI, RELIANCE, OR DIRECT SHOWROOMS LIKE LG OR SAMSUNG.


Below is my recent experience.


I had purchased one TV, Refrigerator, Microwave, and a Faber Hob/Chimney unit from this showroom within one year and I gave that much business to this unit.


Recently went there and bought an LG AC from the showroom. Inquired about LG and Samsung models and finally decided to go with an LG WiFi model. They commit a next-day delivery and free installation service. These commitments were given by the Store Manager and Sales Executive.


The delivery happened as planned and the installation was chargeable. The person who came for the installation had clearly stated that all free installation has been stopped from LG. And informed the showroom had given wrong information/commitment to me.


I contacted the showroom Multiple times for help and waited for a long for support and assistance. The response was like Manager is in a meeting and we will refund the amount. The refund commitment was given by the executive. They have not provided any help during this time and the manager did not show any courtesy to give a call or help, rather saying I am in a meeting. Finally, I end up paying the installation charge and completed the process.


The manager and staff were irresponsible all the time and not ready to help or talk to me when I reached the showroom. The manager was literally shouting at me blaming LG. They treated me like a beggar who is begging for their sympathy and blamed LG for stopping the free installation. Manager asked me to reach out to LG to get the money back and said free installation will change as per the model. But LG Executive clearly stated that it is not as per the model and free installation has been stopped for all models. It was a wrong committed by the showroom to attain the business/purchase.


So it was a foul play by the executives to get the business and there were no work ethics or commitments. Lots of lies and worst customer handling. NO RESPECT EVEN IF YOU ARE EXISTING/LOYAL CUSTOMER. Ultimately it was a nightmare for me.
