Hi guys, I uploaded 5000 rs in digipurse account ten days back, money got deducted from my ubi account but it is not reflected in my Digipurse account. I got a message from digipurse that Your aishwaryasingh23ment Rs 5000 is successful. amount will be reflected in your digipurse 4607* 9812 in 24 hrs.
but till now nothing reflected in my digipurse. I contacted the customer care of ubi bank and digipurse they said your problem will resolve in coming three days but nothing happened.
My money got wasted.
I mailed to digipursecare@unionbankofindia.com 3 times but I didnt get any response from the team.
I am in very confusing state as I am not able to get the correct answer.
