Hi, am aswin asok, in the month of december 2015, I installed this digital wallet by Union Bank of India,
Digipurse provide - NEFT, IMPS, INTERNET BANKING, AND RECHARGES( MOBILE AND DTH), We can add cash in the wallet through Netbanking, debit/credit or via digipurse to digipurse transacation,
I made international shopping with this app( amazon.com),
Everything worked perfectly, but now
Am not able to do any transactions, my 3000rupees is in this wallet, its not providing NEFT, IMPS, or don any recharges, The customer care wont help,
When I called them, they said I should email them, which I did, - now it almost 1 month, my money is stuck in this app, I contacted the local union bank office but they said, Digipurse is a different department and they cannot help me, I trusted this app, but now my money is stuck in this app, I dont know where to complain, and by having some reserch I found out that, so many people are fooled by this app, the Digipurse wallet have poor ratings in Google play also, the customer care is not friendly, its so unfortunate to have experianced something like this from the reputed, Union bank of india
