Too bad. No words can describe how bad our branch is. Rude people especially the manager and the ast manager. Work is not done in time. They dont’ even respond when we ask a question. Have to ask multiple time and receive a rude answer. Requests for cheque books are 100% ignored. Calling on phone is useless as they either don’t respond or reply rudely. No amount of online feedback or complaining has ever changed their attitude. It’s a hopeless establishment going downhill at a break-neck speed. We’ll be relieved when our funds are completely moved out of it.
