Union Bank of India is a indian co-operative bank. And I am a member of this bank since 4 years. The only thing I don’t like about this bank is the customer Service which is really poor.
Phone Banking service is average, it should had been better but it is very average.
ATM Availabilty is awesome. This service is available 24/7 which is a good thing in my opinion.
Internet Banking is very disappointing, it is very slow and I hate using this service of this bank.
The Customer Service is also very poor of this bank, they don’t have enough time to solve our queries.
