Hello guys today I am here to tell you something about the Union Bank of India . It is a public sector commercial bank which provides some of the basic banking services and many more special services to their customer .
First of all I like to say that this bank has some extra feature regarding its phone banking . It provides very high quality money transaction though phone banking, and it also encourage its customer to use phone banking through its website and advertisements . This bank has a good infrastructure in my area . The phone Banking facility of this bank is quite acceptable on comparison with other banks so it has a very good service of phone banking .
ATM availability of this bank is not so good it has some of the ATM in my area and most of them are not in working condition, so if you want to know about ATM service of this bank then you have to compromise with its ATM service because this bank does not provide a good ATM service to its customers . You have to avoid this bank if you want a very good ATM service with your saving bank account .
Internet banking service is quite satisfying in this bank so you can check its internet service if you want to use internet banking service of this bank . It provides almost every internet banking services to its customers which is very good for its future, and I have got some good experience regarding its internet service so you can’t ignore this bank because of internet banking services . because this bank provides almost every single service to its every single customer in a easy and a very secure way .
The customer service of this bank is not very good for a customer like me the employs are not so supportive to their customers . If you want to change any of your personal details then you have to go to their branch more then one time they have also very less number of employs which causes to waiting in a quee gor any of the service . This bank also does not provides you some basic services like cash withdrawing and depositing properly .
So after the whole discussion I can give you a conclusion which is you might like this bank but I am not recommend it to anyone according to my experience .
