Good people to bank with, and it really does. In my home town banswara, most of people have UBI account. Its only because of its location in the centre of the town and the behaviour of staff.
The way they explain the matter is very nice. In my family every one has union bank account, even my friends relatives also have their account here.
Their service is good, ATM is there which runs well never gets out of cash. There is cash deposit machine too in the bank, which is first in any bank in banswara.
Apart from saving bank A/c, current a/c, security deposit. They also have good loan scheme. Easy formalities and short procedure.
Loans for house and car are available on cheap interest rate. BOD, discounting of negotiable instrument, phone banking, internet banking, customer service is also appreciable. Once I lost my debit card I call up customer care infomred them and immediately they blocked my card and advice me for further action.
I am using this bank for last 20yrs and will continue using it, and I also recommend others to have acount in this bank.
