One of the largest Public sector bank in India, and technologically advanced compared to other banks.
My self and my Parents are happy customers for long time.
Frankly speaking guyz I rarely visit the bank in physical and in last 1 year not even once.
This Bank is digitally advanced and provide many services that will solve your query at your house itself.
They maintain very good standard and in my personal opinion they treat customer well and with respect.
Their Phone banking servicess is very active and they promptly solve your queries if you can specify your issues
in right way. They are also very active partners with government and have promoted digital India concept largely.
ATM availablity is very good, Infact I have 2 ATM’s just near by my society and they are always working and facilitated in every manner.
They are promoting paperless banking very strongly, even in their banks they dont provide withdrawal slips and deposite slips to public to stop use of paper and give an helping hand in saving trees and nature.
The reason why I dont visit their branch is because they hugely promote Internet banking facility and Mobile banking facilties to customers widely, they have many security measures and security levels to keep away frauds and provide you an simple and Secure banking facilty.
Within 48 hours you can active your Internate banking at home if you have registered Email ID with the bank.
I am using Internet and Mobile Banking servisess of Union Bank Of India from last 1 Years and never faced any kind of issues till now and if at all you face any just Call their customer service advisor and they will surely solve it out and this is my personal experience.
The last company I was working I had 35 to 40 labours below me and many are illiterate but with the help of my seniors we successfully opened their salary account, they received their kit within 15 days and provided them with Rupaycard which help them for easy banking transactions.
If they can operate happy banking with Union Bank then I think every body can.
And If somebody have issues with this bank then it must be due to their own circumstancess, I strongly support this bank and recommend this to all my viewers.
