They take good care of their customers and have been known from many years. My whole family have accounts in UBI. The phone banking is fast and user friendly. The union bank app is really very secure and easy to use, the ATM is not complicated and give you two languages ie; Hindi and English. The internet banking is good and is fast. Customer satisfaction is brilliant and the employees are really very sweet. It’s a trustable bank as it’s a government affiliated bank so it gives us security and assurance and you people can trust it and you will have no complaints.
