Hello friends, I am a customer of Union bank of india since 2014. And this review is on my personal experience. My branch is nowgong in Madhya Pradesh. Union bank is very wast bank it is available in alover india. As I’m there regular customer so I can elaborate there service. There service is not good. I have to wait in a line so long. And the way of staff communication is also not good. And one more thing to share here that I had make an application to give me the access of mobile and sms banking almost one month from now. But still nothing happened. So now you can understand better about the union bank customer services.
