Hello friends and today I have share my experience about this bank called Union Bank Of India.
I am a customer of this bank since 5 years. For almost all my transactions I use Bank of India. Nearby my home there is a branch of this bank so I prefer this bank to all my transactions even I have an account in state bank of India.
I am happy with their customer service and even there is no any unwanted charges I have to pay like state bank of India where you have to pay unnecessary charges every month.
But last month I closed my account in Union Bank Of India because of their bad service.
Around first week of December it was I need to withdraw some money from ATM, when I tried to withdraw money from ATM but every time transaction was declined, there was a message in the printed ATM recipt that kindly contact your branch even I had sufficient money in my account but I was not able to transact it.I have tried lot of times in different ATMs but every time I was facing the same problem.
By that time I was out of town so next day I visited the branch by asking the reason them for me to stop my transaction rights.
The branch manager told me that my account is closed because I have not submitted the Aadhar, even two months back when they asked me for KYC I have submitted the same. But still they have closed my account without any prior notice.
I didnt even get a message regarding closing my account they simply closed it without any prior notification even I have submitted the details earlier.
They asked me to submit my Aadhar immediately to unfreeze my account even the deadline for Aadhar submission is to march 2018.
