My experience with Uniqlo wasn’t all smooth, mainly because the returns and refunds gave me serious headaches. I once returned a pair of trousers that I bought online, but when the time for a refund came, it took forever; the staff over the phone weren’t helpful either, and instead passed me around. Their pricing feels steep sometimes for what you get: some graphic tees or anime prints are overpriced, especially when other brands offer similar design material for way less. App glitches, payment/login issues, and delayed delivery have also added to the frustration. For basic stuff, I’m okay, but I won’t pay full price unless there’s a sale or I’m sure I’ll keep the purchase item for the long term.
