I have bought a flat 899 ft in B4 tower with construction linked plan of Unihomes 3 in March 2012.After so much hard work, I wanted to buy my own home with my hard earned money. So, I choose unitech as the builder was having a good reputation and is one of the biggest organization in india.
Unitech promised to provide the flat in Mar, 2015, It is almost the end of 2014 and they have taken 40% of the payment but the builder has not built a single floor. Leave 2015, I dont think they are going to deliver it by 2018 also.
I have been trying to follow up through the staff but nobody responds properly.They always have some lame excuses or other such as labour is unavailable and contractor is giving trouble. The staff doesn’t allow us to meet the higher management and they keep on saying the issues will be resolved soon and construction will start but even 2.5 yrs nothing is happening.
Now we are just start formalizing the matter and seeking legal advice and will challenge Unitech in court only. I hope the GOI will listen to use and provide us justice.
