United Airlines! I would definately say Great! Not Bad! Pretty Good!
No hassles on the way. You get a smooth ride without any bumps or any problems. They take care of you pretty well even in the economic class. I say this only by my experience with them. I have gone with them 3 times from Mumbai to Los Angeles and back, and beleive me my experiences have been pretty good with them.
The food they served was pretty good (I am vegetarian so don’t know about non-veg) and filling. But I lived mostly on milk and cold drinks on the flights. I would have had almost 10 glasses of milk and cold drinks together while going and atleast another 10 while coming back. The good part is they don’t mind.
The hosts on the aircrafts were extremely friendly and made my flight incredibily as pleasant as possible. One of them even got some free time to play a game of cards with me. They pampered me with all the sweets I could have and also the cold drinks. Plus I could take how many ever card decks I wanted.
The movie they put on the plane was Karate kid so it was pretty good time pass for a journey of aprox. 20 hours (including halts)
The seats were ok in the economic class. Nothing special! The hosts allowed me to sit in the business class during the last 1 hour of the trip so it was pretty cool (They probably did that because I was a minor)
The only problem I had during the flight was my back was feeling pretty bad after it. Probably I was tired or what I don’t know. But it was barable.
Overall a great experience of luxory.
