In 2011 I had to open a student account in United bank of India(kudghat branch kolkata) for my college stipend.
So I go there and ask them to open an account but they just refused me by saying that they are quite busy at that day and asked me to come to the next day.
So the next day I go there, they said me to stand there and asked me to wait for a few minutes. As usual I stand there and after an hour or so they called me and start the procedure. Its takes almost 2-3 hours to open an account, isn’t it horrible.?.yah it is.
The behavior of the staff’s are quite weird there. So when ever I visited the bank. I get the same kind of treatment from their staff’s over and over again.
So this is My experience with the United Bank Of India.
