Yes they provide the phone banking service but the the interface is not show user friendly.
ATM are available on the request of the customers. But the ATMs are normally out of cash.
Internet banking is also provided on the request made in written and the Internet banking serviceis quite good enough.
Last but not the least the customer service is very poor. I dont know whether online grievances can be made or not but offline grievances is not taken into granted. The stuff are very slow enough to look into your query.
