I opened a savings account in UBI Dharmanagar Branch on 2009. After opening of my account 6 months I applied for ATM service, I contacted with them several times but they said that it will be take 3-6months to issue ATM card. After 4 months I finally got the card and pin. In our area UBI Bank have just 3nos of ATM. But maximum time of that ATM’s are out of service. The behavior of all staffs of this branch is very poor. I don’t think they have any Internet banking facility. The mobile banking service is also poor condition.
