I have very bad experiences with United Bank Of India . I know that UBI is a big banking services . They have many branches& ATM counters all over India . But, their services is too bad .
1) Their phone banking& internet banking services are not friendly . Facing problems with this service .
2) When I stay in my mess at Bankura, maximum time when try to withdrawal money from Medical College UBI ATM, I am failed . It is because there have no money or some problems on ATM machine .
3) After depositing money in my account, I need to wait minimum 2 hours to update it in my passbook . Bank staff say, it is because after depositing money there will be a verification process, after that it will be print in my passbook . So, this is waste of time .
4) In passbook, transactions not printed in details . But, SBI printed in full details .
5) Staffs are too slow .
6) Behavior of staffs are not good .
7) One day when I went on bank I saw, some lower class man troubling with this bank to open an account from continuously 15 days .
8) One time, New Town UBI branch manager started a insurance policy with my fathers name& account without any permission of my father& deducted money automatically from my fathers account . After that suddenly branch manager was changed . When my father went on bank about this unauthorised activity, then new manager said, he dont know anything so he can not help my father . This is too bad activity .
9) In my fathers passbook their help line number printed wrongly . When I try to contact with their customer service team, it show please check your dialed number .
So, United Bank Of India have many bad points& activity . So, I suggest that dont use this banking service .
