Worst customer service ever. I returned 3 items, but they refunded me for 2 items only! I was emailing, chatting, calls for a month. Nothing comes up. Call again, the rep saidnobody can give you the correct time of when we can issue you the refund, the company is in Italy so it takes time and such.. What the heck! its global networking, your company is in Italy, it doesnt mean you that your customer service team can saying thing like "I dont know", "Im not sure". What kind of customer service is this?
From my point of view, I have to give up on this endless process. UCB can keep my money of$87.19, but they just lost 1 customer for ever.
