We recently utilized the services of United Express packer and movers. They did not stick to the time commitments at the time of pick up of goods and also at the time of delivery. They did not even get enough packing material and depended on our material.
The goods reached in damaged condition and they refused to help us with any reimbursement. Moreover they charged large amount of money towards insurance policy which they never provided to us leading to suspicion that they never took insurance.
They seem very nice at the time of sale and are utterly unresponsive for all service related requests. Because of this company we have lost many thousands of rupees even after having paid for insurance of goods. This is a fraud company and every body is adviced to stay away from this company.
