I bought a vehicle in 2010 and to my MIS-FORTUNE the dealer bought the insurance policy from United India Assurance. In 2012 my policy was expiring and recently went to pay the renewal premium my-self. I went to Jayanagar Branch of Bangalore. The staff has worst attitude you will ever see. Firstly nobody cares why you have come in. There’s none in the inquiry counter. Then I go and politely ask a gentleman as to where I should pay my premium, guy thinks he owns Bangalore and I find out that he is no gentleman. He barks some words like " get rc book, old policy " etc. etc.
Then I run to get all the things and the lady in the counter makes you wait for 45 minutes, all this while some agents (supposedly) come directly give their forms pay money and go in minutes, where as people who are waiting in the que keep waiting.
I strongly recommend, never to go to this God forsaken place. At least I would not.
