Last month I used the services of United National Packers and Movers for transporting my household goods and car from Hyderabad to Delhi. We did call a couple of Packers and movers to provide quotations and this one was the cheapest of all. I also read the reviews about them on Mouthshut.com and since the feedback was good, I decided to give it a chance!
The goods were delivered in a resonable time (6 days) and were received in good condition.
To be honest, I was quite scared because these are not the most popular ones in the market. After having heard from various people about goods being destroyed/missing, I was quite concerned but they did manage to live up to my expectations.
Obviously there are some drawbacks with every service provider, and the issues I faced were:
My santro car was driven more than 150 km as against the promise of a maximum of 100 km, the front number plate was also found broken.
They almost forced us to unload the goods in Delhi at 10:30 PM at night but after having made repeated calls to various people, they agreed to wait till 9 AM next morning. I also learnt that the truck reached my location at night and waited there till the next morning. Not sure if they have a warehouse or not!!
But all’s well that ends well !! Overall I am quite satisfied with their services. Never expect a 100% satisfation from any of these packers in the market is my belief!!
