We had booked our household items with United Packers on 31st October, Mumbai. Till now i.e. 25/12/07, we have not got our car worth wore than 5Lakhs, they are not giving it and when we call to get information about it, they threaten us if we continued to ask for it.
They have broken a medical equipment of ours costing more than 25Lakhs INR, because of the faulty packing. Even though we asked for wooden packing, they used a simple carton roll.
Most of our goods are broken, most glasses are damaged, things like washing machine, microwave, fridge, computers, tv have damage on the skin of the equipment.
Moreover, goods worth atleast 5 Lakhs including xerox machines, fax machines, intercom system, medical equipment, almirah, etc excluding our car is missing and they are not telling where they are. They never made a list of items even though we asked to..
BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!! NEVER EVER DEAL WITH UNITED PACKERS..
We’ll teach them a lesson they’ll remember forever..
