I am posting one hell of a bad experience I had while using the services of United National Packers & Movers https://unitedpackersandmovers.com/index.html while shifting residence from Mumbai to Lucknow. These guys were all lolly dolly in convincing me to use their services.
Their website too boasts about having big big clients as their clients. But in realty they are just one of the road side cheap transport company guys. They have a very simple game plan:
Convince a customer by showing that they work for all the big companies.
Will tell you that if you don’t take a receipt, will end up in a saving of 2000 to 3000 rupees.
Will lift the household items from your house with a promise to deliver in 4-5 days anywhere.
In fact once they leave your house, no one from the company will even decently talk to you.
They will just dump your house hold items to some truck wala guys who in turn will give it to some other truck walas and eventually you will get your stuff in 15-20 days.
In between while you would be calling them for inquiry, they will not even talk courteously, will tell you that lorry has broken down, driver is not well etc.
Eventually when you will get your stuff, it will in such a bad condition that you will rue the day, you had chosen United National Packers & Movers. Why everything will be broken is because, all the truck drivers involved have nothing to do with safe and secure delivery. In fact when you will get the delivery, the truck driver wouldn’t even know about this packing company. So guys beware, these guys are rut
