I used united national movers for moving household items and my car from Mumbai to Cochin. I am extremely disappointed with their service. Once the money is paid they do not absolutely care about the goods. Our consignment arrived many days late but even worse, there was nobody to unload and unpack!! Unbelievable.. But actually happened.
We had to get local workers to unload. They promised door to door service in the same truck, but the truck was changed in Bangalore and there were other cargo with our household things. This was like a transport service only. cannot call this moving and packing. Many of the cartons were torn, the fridge had many areas of paint loss, and mattresses were torn.
Rajnesh chowdhry was polite during the initial visits, but once the money was paid, he would not help or give proper info.
Our car also had really bad scratches and an umbrella which was kept inside was stolen. The car company logo on the boot was also stolen terrible. And nobody in the company cares about costumer satisfaction.
I later found lot of complaints against united in website- consumercomplaints.in.and very bad reviews in mouthshut.com.
My advice--
Do not use this company for moving and packing
Even if you are going to use, please pay half the amount after completing service.
I suspect that all the good reviews are written by the company people only.
