I have been to the Univercell store 3 times to get phones.for several people.I usually go to Spice store on Cloes Road. They are great! They will bring you what ever you need.Also they explain every feature of the different phones and we can make up our mind with a clear head. On the other hand, this particular store(Univercell) is just the opposite. I went there only because they had some offers like a Sony head phone and Hangout speaker. Head phones were great.but the speaker sucked.I went back and they said they could do absolutely nothing about it. The thing is a freebee but it says the cost is around Rs. 1000 plus.
The store does not help you with anything at all. The boys are there, having a good time. Busy playing with the phones. Customers can wait patiently and help themselves looking around at things. No disturbance at all from the staff! I went recently for a duplicate bill and the guys says they can give it to me, but at a cost of rs.100! I was taken aback. I have gone to the Spice store a couple times, but never had to pay for that service. They told me it was company policy. I feel sorry for that place. Not sure if the other branches are the same.but this place is disappointing.Will never recommend the place.
