I purchased an unlocked dongle by paying Rs.1000. After paying and billing was done, I came to know that the unlocked dongle in not in stock. Then they assured me to keep using the locked dongle for a day and they would deliver the unlocked one to my place within 1 or 2 days.What a fool I am!
On the second day I tried to call the person, and phone was switched off. Then I walked to their outlet and they say some particular representative (Manjunath) is on weekly off and they asked me to come on the next day. What foolish thing! Did I do business with Manjunath or Univercell!?
This was high time for me to raise my voice. They did some drama for contacting Manjunath. He was not reachable even to them. They made me wait for more than 1 & half hour just to tell that I would not get it today. Can anybody be patient, even after that! The manager of the store was speaking with high attitude as if I am asking for a free dongle.
Then I gave back the dongle which they had given me and told them to contact me when the unlocked one is available. And I also said that I would not be contacting them any more. Manjunath, who was supposed to deliver me the dongle is still planning on how he can deliver it! And I am still waiting for the dongle.
Have I lost my Rs.1000 or am I going to get my dongle!? That’s a mystery. I suggest, never ever do business with univercell! This is my second bad experience with Univercell.
