I purchased Sony Ericsson Xperia™ Smartphone for 23500Rs at Univercell showroom in Madiwala Bangalore on 18/06/2011, with in no time I have found that there is a problem with the mobile incoming call voice and I approached them to replace it or exchange with any other model of any company for the same amount or even higher amount. But those people are like not even professional. They do not even consider the request, they just do not want to replace the mobile.
I have launched the complaint within 48 hours of purchase, but still they argued that they cannot replace the set, only thing they are saying is to go to the service centre of Sony Ericsson and get it checked by myself as maybe dust will be there and all other irresponsible reasons. Another solution they are telling me is all Smart phone is like this and you have to use Bluetooth for clear voice and forcing me to go for Bluetooth too.
This model Xperia already has complaints regarding low incoming voice and this set is really pathetic. Univercell marketing guy only forced me to go for this Xperia as I was interested in only Nokia. After his advice I decided to go for this model which is 15k above my budget too as he gave me EMI option for it, if I pay using Citi Credit card.
Whom do we have to blame in this case?

I have worst experience with Univercell showroom at Bangalore, People there at showroom were not worth of their salts, Managers they will never take care of customtakeouter complaints.
MY ONLY SUGGESTION IS, DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT FROM UNIVERCELL.
