My friend has taken a new mobile Sony Ericsson - W205 on April 2010 from Univercell mobile showroom in velachery. Since the mobile has problem with the battery, he have given the mobile for service. Even after 4 times of service in a month the same problem exists and now the stupid guys (Univercell mobile showroom) are saying that they can’t do anything.
They are saying that you have signed in the receipt which has some terms and conditions. So please be careful before signing the receipt. It seems like they will sell defect product and they will say we will not replace the product that was sold, what a stupid terms and conditions they have.
So please be careful before buying, ask them will they replace the mobile if there is any problem in it.
