I purchased a Nokia Xpress Music 5310 from Univercell, Pattom branch, Trivandrum, Kerala in November 2008. At the time of purchase they promised me a gold coin as an offer which I haven’t received till now.
Went over to the shop consequtively for about 5 months and was informed that it hasn’t arrived and will be arriving. Every time they took my mobile no. to inform me when it arrives.
This disheartened me. The phone has been good so far that I never had to go to them for any service, so I can’t say anything.
Don’t know whom to complain on this about. If any of you have any idea, please let me know.So whoever is going to Univercell, see that you have all the details of their promises described in your bill. This kind of problems have to be complained in consumer court.
