Don’t even bother buying from Univercell online serviceThey have a pathetic customer support system....no one is bothered if your phone is delivered. Its been more than 17 days and I am yet to receive the phone...the customer care number is never available. They keep redirecting you.When you reach them they ask you to call the courier guys and courier guys ask you to call back the customer service. No redresssal system..no refund system....its pathetic service and a harassment.
The biggest joke is the email that they openly share callled md@univercell.in which gives you an impression that the issue will be handled. but then you get a lame auto response and you are sure no one read your email
Please don’t even bother ordering online. The rate is the same as any mobile shop. In fact a salesman at the univercelll counter had warned us about this service and told us not to book online. We should have listened to him
