My experience after buying a Z6 & Z3 Motorola phones at UNIVERCELL, ROYAPETTAH, CHENNIA
If you want to buy a phone - you have the entire staff behind you. After sales service is a torture. You will never ever get your phone back without loosing your temper. Their mouths are filled with all the possible outrageous lies. I have 2 bitter experiences with them.
They will tell you "we will call you sir when the phone is ready". You can wait for 6 months and never get a call or the phone. Please don’t fall for that "WE WILL CALL YOU SIR". On both ocassions, 12 days after I gave the phone, I got agressive and got the phone (phones under warranty). Being polite and courteous doesn’t work, they take you for a ride. I don’t know if all their branches are the same.
