Universal insurance Brokers services is not a worth insurance. They take your phone and just keep it. They don’t work on it at all. I gave my phone on Sep 30th and till date, there is no update in its status. Hence NEVER opt for this insurance when buying the phone. Its better to get it repaired by self.
25 working days for knowing claim status is a total bull s.t. Either they are severely understaffed or they are wantedly delaying the process. Either cases its just a bluff.
Don’t spend even a rupee on this insurance in future when you buy a phone. You might come across this insurance from Bigc etc.
