In Universal Sompo. Claim selling is totally based on Surveyors Grace. He don’t understand the meaning of Bumper to Bumper and Zero loss policy. and trying hard to pay the charges from the client even though they charged premium for zero debt. this is the friars claim since 7 years and they argue that claims are not taken to enjoy the NCB.and so we will not pay the full claim amount.
I will strongly not suggesting the Universal Sompo even if their premium charges are little lower than HDFC and ICICI
