Very unprofessional., Doesn’t keep timing, very substandard buses. When I travelled from pondicherry to trivandrum it took an additional 6 hrs to reach my destination. Never use their service if you want to reach in time.Company management has no responsibility at all. When our bus got broke down in the middle of way, they arranged a local van only.May be u will find their ticket charges less, but thts not worth at all.
