University of Calcutta is known as one of the top universities in India. But I am very disappointed to say that it is getting worse day by day.
They don’t have any organised way and sedule for exams. And their exam sedule donot match with other universities , so it is very heard for the students to compete in national level.
The result of 1st year bsc honours gets released after 3 months long time but for the huge syllabus of 2nd year, colleges starts 2nd year course before the result.so student remain in a undecided condition.
CU has a huge syllabus which creates a lot of pressure on students. Here 60% number is very heard to get but in other universities students can easily get 60% which is very unfair.
What they need to update their whole possess. Only for this most of the well known colleges like presidency and others leaving this university of Calcutta.
Calcutta university should maintain their good will.
