there are about 180 colleges under this university. all colleges are in West bengal state under Kolkata, howrah and south 24 pargans district.
the education level is from under graduate to PHD.
lots of stream which you can fine under this university arts, science and comerce.
I have read under this university and complete my graduation with honers.
lets talk about the which I like and dislike.
first come to the **LIKE*
its syllabus by which you can know about the subject in depth.
good atmosphere
the quality of teacher is very good and high
its cultural program which is also very important for the student to growing up.
lets come to **DISLIKE*
the academic callender is not sweetable for the students according to me.
some political source are destroy the atmosphere of the university.
the cheaking of the examination copy good but not for all.
so I can say that the student who have interest their subjects and curiosity to knowing in depth of the subject then it will be the best option for him/her. otherwise you have to think about it.
last of all I can say it is one of the top five university In India.
