Delhi university is the best university in India because it comes at 99 position in world ranking in 2013 or in this list only iit Kanpur delhi and Kharagpur was there . So for graduation in various courses Delhi university is best . Iam also from Delhi university I have done my graduation from here in b.sc chemistry honor’s the faculty was very good all teachers are PhD or Dsc Holder . Now I am doing masters from Delhi university and again faculty is good also the department is quite nice and the best part is the fee is very less in which we have library facility too.
