Mumbai university does not like students of ICSE and CBSE board to join the board of mumbai university. Once they join any college which is affiliated with the mumbai university its then when the students harrasment begins. I’m a student of hinduja college studying BAF. It was a mistake transfering ICSE board to mumbai university.
Once youve cleared your exams and got your online result the marksheet comes to the college in months time but but not for icse/cbse students. They are treated differently. They have to go to the university stand in long cues and apply for your marksheet. Then they keep giving you dates till atleast 3-4 months and keep asking you to come and check. As if we are that free and live so nearby. I had to travel from charni road to Santactuz by local train which is a travel of atleast 30 mins and then another 20 mins in bus. Then you reach there. I had to visit there 5 times wait there fir hours for them to check and tell. The people out thier are very lazy. It is as if they are forced to work. Thier were some students who got torn marksheets. So careless mumbai university is.
On the 1st visit I had to apply, on the second they tell we dont have any record of you. Heights of laziness. How was I studying with you from the past 3 years? I asked them. They tell we cant do anything. Apply for your marksheet with all your details and documents. I did so. I received it after 8 months. My 1 year got wasted as I couldnt join for my post grad because of no 3rd year marksheet. Pathetic university.
