I had booked in Excise layout through unnathi group india in sree Krishna developers 3.5 years back . They had promised they will deliver site in one year. But till now they have not done anything. From last 2years they’re are saying it’s government process is happening. They got money and invested in all other lands and we suffering. Gopinath who is md for this is a very arrogant man doesn’t even speak with if he speak he speak to us as if we are beggars.
I have enquired regarding all the projects they are doing only sunshine gardenia is approved rest all are fraud. General insurance layout they don’t have land they faking to customers.
beware of unnathi group. Your hard earned money is at risk.
