I enrolled to a program on upgrad because of consistent calling and texting by the upgrad counsellor who enrolled me into the 5 months software engineering or PGC - FSD - 2021 course, telling me the course was really good, and they provide placement opportunities and if not placed then they return the money. For these reasons, after enrolling into the course and attending a few lectures which was around 15 days I decided that this course is just a bad cirriculum and a scam because the fees was too much and service was poor. But now after 15 days when I want to claim my full refund, they would not reply to my mails nor they would answer my calls and I feel like Ive been scammed and they say they have no cancellation or refund policy. But as a matter of fact, every online learning platform has both of these policies and now Im trying to get my full refund from Upgrad. I hope I get some good help.
