Cheaters

Buy plots to get cheated. Papers are fraud. My strong recommendation is to avoid this developers.

Upkar Gardenia and Upkar Galaxy are fraud papers and under litigation. Please check writ petition - WRIT-XXXXXX to know the details of the case.

First they are very good, and once you buy the plot they’ll show their true colours. Please DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THIS DEVELOPER.
