Poor portal - high downtime - slow customercare

6 out of 10 times portal upstox is not working properly.


sometimes holding are shown zero


sometimes order book is shown as zero.


Sometimes money sent online by customer does not reflect in account online. One cannot buy. so you lose probable gains.


Today I has sent money at 9.20 am.it is now 30 minutes, still not there in account.
