Truly Uptownie is a scam. For the last 2 weeks they haven’t been providing any updates for my order. I sent them mails and even called up yet no responses. On the dm they keep sending same messages that they’ll process it and share details and it got delayed due to warehouse shifting and all. I don’t understand how can you conduct a business with this quality of service? This is clear cut exploitation. Leaving your customers waiting for days after days without any proper information is absolutely derogatory. How is it you have time to advertise and post reels and promote via influencers but not have the courtesy to provide your customers with the bare minimum assurance? And then as a reply to this comment you’re gonna say that please dm us explaining your issue. Is this a joke going on?
Anybody thinking of ordering from Uptownie please do reconsider because they don’t value their customers at all. All they care about is promotions by influencers.
I have explained my issue at least 20 times by now. You think our time and money is that easy? I don’t understand how do they even expect us to stay calm after all these.
Guys just to update, I received the product after 4 weeks and I returned it because I no longer needed it as it was for gifting purpose. I raised the return instantly and now it’s been 2 weeks and they haven’t credited the store credits. Please think twice before purchasing from their official website. In fact I would suggest purchasing from Flipkart or Myntra.
