When I started it was Odesk.com. Now it became Upwork.com. In starting we make many money from direct client but no doubt we pay Odesk as well whether it was hourly or fixed price job. When Odesk turns in Upwork we think there will be more opportunity we get but alas we are wrong. Upwork refined old profiles and resume there services telling different types of problems. Now there is a lot of new freelancers and very tough competition so I think getting any project is very difficult now.
