We were givin the scooter with temperory number plate. And was told to come in 15 days and get your number plate. We were ok with it. After 15 days we called them they said its ready u can come anyday and get it fixed.
I went there 3 days after their call. On reaching there. We were told they cant do it as their drill is not working.
We that it as an technical fault and we went back.
The very next day I called again n asked them. They said the drill still not working. They will call me when the drill wil start working.
For 5days we didnt receive any call. When I called them they still gave me the same answer that they will call me.
Now it was a month of the purchase. We went their for service and we thought the number plate will also been done
But guess what. Still their drill wasnt working. They said to come another say for that.
It was month and 5 days. When I argued and asked to talk to senior. They were like give us some time we will do it.
I didnt understand how is it possible. When their drill is not working. Ans suddenly home come it starts working.
