As soon as you enter you are well greeted.
Starting with the staff of the gym. Whole staff is very supportive and friendly. Staff at the receiption as well as trainers.
The owner of the gym is also very friendly and we can talk to them any time with any doubt if we havs in our mind.
Next comes the ambience at the gym which gives a lovely and pleasant atmosphere with the facilities of Spa, Changing Room, Steam Bath, Lockers etc.
Next is the equipments at the gym. All the equipments for tonning, gymming are well maintained.
Trainers are very supportive and we can visit any time in the gym during the open hours.
Diet plan is also provided as per our requuirement.
I lost 13 kgs in 5 months with very ease at Urban Fitness.
