I ordered a coffee table from urban Ladder. The product was damaged with lot of scratches on the surface and stools unbalanced.
The installation guys came after 2 days of delivery assured me it will be taken for repair within 24 hours but nothing happened. No one came for pickup. So I have to keep calling customer care to make them understand and beg them to take it back.
ZERO quality. ZERO service
