This has to be one of my worst online purchase. We bough 23 seater sofa from Urban Ladder with waranty and in the both the sofa, the stiches are coming out fram a same place. This is definitely a design flaw but they are asking for repair amount equivalent to half the value of sofa as they need to change the upholstery for entire sofa. What a ridiculous and fraudulent way to make money. No wonder they got sold for peanuts from such a high valuation earlier on. Sharing this so that others DO NOT FALL for this fraud company.
