PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW OF MY EXPERIENCE WITH URBANLADDER BEFORE YOU PLACE ANY ORDERS.
Summary:
I placed an order for a Queen size bed on 31st October, 2015. The promised delivery date is 05th December, 2015.
The status of the order is still "Processing" on 29th November, 2015, that is after 1 month of placing the order. I dropped a query to UrbanLadder enquiring the delivery status.
UrbanLadder then replies that the model had been discontinued due to quality reasons and suggested some vague alternatives that neither meet my Bed requirements not my budget requirements.
What’s outrageous:
UrbanLadder didn’t respond or update me on the status of my order till the day I dropped a query. They could have informed me the status regarding the discontinuation much earlier.
No one at Urban Ladder found that there is a order pending for an item they had discontinued
During the waiting period for Order delivery, my pregnant(Disclaimer: not exaggeration) wife and I are sleeping on a mattress on floor of our bedroom, all the time believing UrbanLadder had some customer orientation and business ethics.
Current status
UrbanLadder had processed the speedy refund of my payment.
I got the bed delivered from a competitor within 15 days.
